STEPS OF MAKING NATURAL VIAGRA WITH WATERMELON AND LEMON

Follow the instructions below to learn how to personally make potent, natural Viagra to achieve stronger man.

STEP 1:- First of all, Get the watermelon fruits and wash thoroughly with clean water. (You can use half of the water melon, depending on the quantity of the lemon.)

STEP 2:-  Cut the watermelon into small pieces and put the pieces into a juicer. You should obtain about 1-liter watermelon juice. It is interesting that the white part inside the shell of watermelon is concentrated with Citrulline so you should juice that too.
Cut it into pieces together with the green skin.

STEP 3:- Move it into food grinder and grind very well.

Then move it into a sieve and compress firmly to get all the juice into a pot. Heat gently to boiling point. As soon as it begins to boil, squeeze the lemon juice into it. (For every average-sized watermelon, use 3 lemon. So if you are preparing with 2 watermelon fruits, add all the juice from 6 lemon to it as soon as it begins to boil.)

STEP 4:- Allow it to boil much further. Watch closely to know when the ordinary water content of the mixed juice has evaporated. (You will know the undesirable water content is fully gone when the volume comes down to half of its original size).
STEP 5:- Now, put out the fire and allow it to cool off. When cold, sieve it again for further purification. Then store it in your refrigerator or alternatively, cool dry place.

STOP CANCER -- Scientists Discover New Tool To Fight Cancer (See Details Here)

According to the US medical journal Science Translational Medicine, Swedish scientists have discovered a new tool to fight cancer. Small molecules that specifically restrain a selenium-containing enzyme in the human body may become a tool to fight cancer, a new study by Swedish scientists has said.

The researchers effectively treated over 60 different types of cancer cells under laboratory conditions with these molecules. The study published in the US medical journal Science Translational Medicine on Wednesday said researchers at Karolinska Institute in Sweden treated cancer in mice with these molecules and observed rapid tumor-killing effects.

They have expressed hope that this new principle could be extended to treat cancer in humans, Xinhua news agency reported. Selenium is a chemical element that is an essential micronutrient. A selenium-containing enzyme, called TrxR1, can be used to support the growth of various cells and protect them from oxidative stress.
Oxidative stress is the imbalance between the production of free radicals, which are highly reactive with other molecules, and the body’s ability to counteract or to repair the resulting damage.

However, in several forms of cancer, raised levels of TrxR1 could be detected. Researchers analysed almost 400,000 different molecules to find new ones that would more specifically control TrxR1 and found three different types which proved to be active as anti-cancer medicines.

“This effectiveness against cancer may be a result of cancer cells’ seemingly greater sensitivity to oxidative stress when compared to normal cells, which in turn can be utilised in cancer therapy,” Elias Arner, a professor at the Karolinska Institute, who led the study, said. “This seems to work in mouse models and we are therefore hopeful that this principle for treatment can be developed for humans, even if this will require many years of further research,” he added.

Did You Know? Prostate Cancer Kills One Man Every Hour (Here Are What Every Man Needs To Know)

A man is diagnosed with prostate cancer every 2.9 minutes. Do you know how likely you are to be among them? Have you been tested?

Prostate cancer is cancer of prostate gland. The prostate gland is a walnut-sized gland present only in men, found in the pelvis below the bladder.

One in 7 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime. If you’re not aware about the lifestyle factors that put you at risk, why continue to put yourself at such a disadvantage? From proper diet to the diagnostic tests available, consult these facts and figures and know where you stand.

It is not known exactly what causes prostate cancer, although a number of things can increase your risk of developing the condition. These include: Age – risk rises as you get older and most cases are diagnosed in men over 50 years of age
1. Know your risk for prostate cancer
Increasing age is one risk factor, but so are family history, and ethnicity. In fact, African-American men are 1.65 times more likely to be diagnosed and 2.4 times more likely to die from the disease.

2. Prostate cancer is not just an old man’s disease

The reality is just the opposite: 1 in 325 men under the age of 49 will be diagnosed with the disease.

3. Your prostate is small, but mighty

Prostate cancer begins in the prostate, a gland in the male reproductive system that is shaped like a walnut. Though it may be small and often forgotten, the prostate is pretty important: it helps regulate urine flow and produces semen.

4. A healthy lifestyle can help reduce your risk, so put down the steak and cigarettes

A healthy living plan is important when it comes to prostate health and if diagnosed, fighting prostate cancer. This includes regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight and eating a healthy, plant-based diet with limited animal products. A heart-healthy diet is a prostate-healthy diet. If you smoke or use tobacco, stop—and if you don’t, don’t start.

5. Early detection is vital

Early stage prostate cancer has no symptoms, so understanding your risk is critical. Catching the disease early gives men who are diagnosed the best chance of living longer—the five-year survival rate for the disease is greater than 99 percent when caught early. Talk to your doctor about your risk and making a plan to test for the disease.

6. Prostate cancer is more common than you might think

In 2016, it is estimated that there will be 180,890 new prostate cancer cases—as much as lung and colorectal cancer combined. Here are a few more stats to keep in mind: prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among American men and is the most commonly diagnosed. Currently, there are nearly 2.9 million American men who have been diagnosed with the disease.

7. Prostate cancer testing is considered controversial, but it is necessary

It is important to talk to your doctor to make an informed decision about when to begin testing for prostate cancer. Testing is simple and includes a blood test—the PSA (prostate specific antigen) test—and a DRE (gigital rectal exam), where the doctor feels the prostate with his finger.

8. There is a war on prostate cancer

The Department of Defense plays an active role in fighting prostate cancer by funding innovative research. An annual summit connects advocates with elected officials to educate them about the importance of research funding.

9. Together, we’re making strides

Each year, clinical trials present new treatment options for men battling prostate cancer. In fact, advances in treatment have reduced the death rate from prostate cancer. Most recently, genomic testing has risen to the forefront as a method of determining whether a man’s cancer is aggressive or slow growing, allowing for a more personalized approach to treatment and management of his disease.

10. You can join the fight

There are many ways to get involved in the fight against prostate cancer. Spread awareness locally by participating in community events, participate in fundraisers in your area and have a frank, open discussion with loved ones about the disease. Together, we can end it.

10 Good Health Benefits Of Taking Raw Ginger (Natural Home Treatment)

NATURAL HEALTH BENEFITS OF GINGER

Ginger is a flowering plant whose plant, ginger or just ginger, is widely used as a spice or folk medicine, it is a perennial herb which increases the annual pseudoscope about the one-meter high meter with narrow leaves..

Consumption of all types of fruits and vegetables has long been linked to the low risk of many lifestyle conditions of health.

However, some herbs and spices can offer additional health benefits. One of them is ginger

Scientific analysis shows that ginger contains hundreds of compounds and metabolites, some of which can contribute to health and treatment. Of these, Ginger and Shongololo have been the subject of much research.

Ginger is among the healthiest (and most delicious) spices on the planet. It is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain.

Here are 10 health benefits of ginger that are supported by scientific research.

1.)  Helps to Support Memory
Ginger has been shown to help support memory, along with other brain functions. One study examined the benefits of ginger extract on various aspects of brain function in 60 middle-aged, healthy women. These women were randomly assigned to receive either ginger extract or control once daily for 2 months.

These participants were evaluated for memory and brain function at three different time points – before starting the study, after one month, and after two months. Ginger extract reported the study researchers, “enhances both attention and cognitive processing capabilities, with no side effects.”

2.)    Ginger May Lower Cholesterol Levels
High levels of LDL lipoproteins (the "bad" cholesterol) are linked to an increased risk of heart disease. The foods you eat can have a strong influence on LDL levels.

In a 45-day study of 85 individuals with high cholesterol, 3 grams of ginger powder caused significant reductions in most cholesterol markers.

This is supported by a study in hypothyroid rats, where ginger extract lowered LDL cholesterol to a similar extent as the cholesterol-lowering drug atorvastatin.

Both studies also showed reductions in total cholesterol and blood triglycerides.

3.)  Ulcers and GERD
Since the 1980s, researchers have known that ginger can cure stomach ulcers. More recently, Indian scientists have been able to more closely quantify this medicinal effect. In a study published in the journal Molecular Nutrition and Food Research, they discovered the ginger was six to eight times more potent than Prevacid, the drug of choice to treat GERD, or acid reflux!

4.) It can help you lose weight.
Some small studies have linked ginger intake — when combined with other plant extracts — to some benefits in weight loss. And there's definitely some promising animal research linking ginger to weight management. But as with anything else, ginger is no magic weight-loss pill! Other components of a healthy, balanced diet matter just as much when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off.

5.) Nausea
Chewing raw ginger or drinking ginger tea is a common home remedy for nausea during cancer treatment.

Taking ginger for motion sickness seems to reduce feelings of nausea, but it does not appear to prevent vomiting.

Ginger is safe to use during pregnancy, to relieve nausea. It is available in the form of ginger lozenges or candies.

6.) For Healthy Hair Grow and Migraines

7.) Ginger Can Help Treat Chronic Indigestion
Chronic indigestion (dyspepsia) is characterized by recurrent pain and discomfort in the upper part of the stomach.

It is believed that delayed emptying of the stomach is a major driver of indigestion.

Interestingly, ginger has been shown to speed up emptying of the stomach in people with this condition.

After eating soup, ginger reduced the time it took for the stomach to empty from 16 to 12 minutes.

In a study of 24 healthy individuals, 1.2 grams of ginger powder before a meal accelerated emptying of the stomach by 50%.

8.)   It may lower your risk of cancer.
The cell-protecting properties of ginger can lower the long-term risk of certain cancers. That's because the spice and other flavorings may reduce cellular activity that causes DNA changes, cell death and proliferation of cancer cells.

It could also help sensitize tumors to treatments like chemo and radiation. While ginger's not a cure-all for any chronic disease, using it regularly with loads of other spices and plant-based foods can help benefit health overall.

9.)   Pain reliever
The fresh juice of ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is known to act is a pain reliever.

A very effective remedy for back pain is to mix a spoonful of ginger juice with some olive oil and massage it over your skin. Leave it overnight and you will feel relieved the next morning. It can also help in curing a toothache or a pulsating migraine headache.

10.) A cure for acne
This is easily understandable as acne is an inflammatory condition and ginger is known got its anti-inflammatory properties. It is a natural and effective treatment for acne and acne scars. You can directly apply a small amount of ginger juice on the affected area and leave it on for 5 minutes. Rinse with cool water and let it dry.

The Vitamin C in ginger juice can help in clearing skin blemishes. You can even use the juice to make ginger tea which is great for detoxifying the skin. Brew the ginger juice with tea leaves, add some honey and lemongrass to reap more beauty benefits and drink up.

According to Dermatologist Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj, "Ginger juice can help remove toxins from the skin and supply more iron through the blood that will leave you with a healthy glow. It can also be applied to cuts or wounds to heal them naturally and prevent scarring."
